Appendix

When the screen is disengaged, separate the screen and the back cover.
Then, put the back cover aside and place the screen face down on a flat work surface.

Disconnect the battery connector and remove the tape as shown in the image below.

Remove the battery by pulling the pull tab upwards.

Do not use any tools other than the pull tab when removing the battery. Doing so
may damage the battery.
