Problem

The D-VHS device connected to
the FireWire jack doesn’t work
correctly.

Possible Solution

If you view a D-VHS tape with copy protection
technology, and then a D-VHS tape without copy
protection technology after viewing an analog TV
program, the screen might turn black. In that case,
stop the D-VHS device and re-play it.

If you rewind the D-VHS device in order to move
to the start portion of the tape during playback
and re-play it, the D-VHS device might not work
correctly. In that case, stop the D-VHS device and
re-play it, or turn the power off and on again.
