Sound settings

The

Sound settings

menu allows you to customize

various sounds on the phone.
To access this menu, press <

Ring tone

Use this menu to select a ringtone for the call ringer.

You can select one of the embedded ring melodies,

downloaded sounds, or melodies you have created.

Ring volume

Use this menu to adjust the ringtone volume.

Alert type

Use this menu to specify how you are to be informed

of incoming calls.

Keypad tone

Use this menu to select the tone that the phone

sounds when you press a key.

Message tone

Use this menu to select a ringtone or alert type for

incoming messages.

Folder tone

Use this menu to select the tone that the phone

sounds when you open or close the phone.

Alert on call

Use this menu to set the phone to beep when you

receive a new message or when the time for an alarm

comes during a call.

Extra tones

Use this menu to customize additional tones for the

phone.
