Menu functions

i-mode

(Menu 5)

In this menu, you can use the i-mode browser, send or

receive i-mode mails and MMS messages, and access

Java applications.
To access this menu, press [ ] in Idle mode and select

i-mode. You can also quickly access this menu by

pressing <i-mode> in Idle mode.

Use this menu to access the i-mode browser. You can

also quickly launch the browser by pressing and holding

[ ] in Idle mode

About i-mode
In i-mode, browse through your favourite magazines,

book tickets and hotels for your vacations, find your

favourite club, download the best ringtones and games

at the lowest price, send live e-mails with

photographs. You can do all of these economically

since with i-mode you are charged by the amount of

data you send and receive, not by the length of time

you are on-line.

Navigating the i-mode browser

Using browser options
From any web page, press <Menu> to access the

following options:
• Add Bookmark: add a bookmark for the current

web page.

• Save Page: save the current web page.
• Save Image: save an image from the current web

page.

Press

scroll through browser items

[Up] or [Down].

select an item

[ ].

return to the previous page

[Left] or [C].

• Key operations on an i-mode screen depend on

the screen contents at that time.

• You can answer a call while using the i-mode

feature. After ending the call, the display returns

to the function screen you were using.
