Options during a call

Using Phonebook

You can use the Phonebook option during a call to
search for or store entries.

For further details about the Phonebook feature,
see page 58.

Sending a sequence of DTMF tones

You can send DTMF tones as a group after entering
the entire number you need to send.

This option is helpful for entering a password or an
account number when you call an automated
system, like a banking service.

To send DTMF tones:

1. While connected to the teleservice system,

press the Options soft key.

2. Select Send DTMF and press the select soft

key.

3. Enter the number you want to send and press

the OK soft key.

The tones are sent.

Using the message service

If you receive a message during a call, the Message
icon ( ) appears on the display. The Message
option enables you to read the message. You can
also send a new message.
