To apply Daylight Savings Time:

This feature allows you to:
• set an alarm to ring at a specific time.
• set the phone to switch on automatically and ring the

alarm even if the phone is off.

To set an alarm:

1. Choose the type of alarm,

Morning call

Alarm1

, or

Alarm2

and press the

Select

soft key.

2. Select

in the Alarm field by pressing the Left or

Right key and press the Down key.

3. Enter the time for the alarm to sound and press the

Down key.

Note

: Your phone is preset to a 24-hour format. To

change the format, see page 167.

4. If applicable, select

5. Press the Down key and press the

When the time for an alarm comes, use either of the 2

soft keys to stop the alarm:
• Press the

Confirm

soft key.

• Press the

Snooze

soft key or any key to stop the

alarm for 5 minutes, after which it will resume. You

can do this a maximum of 5 times.

Using the

Auto power

option, you can set your alarms

to ring at the specified time, even if the phone is off.

1. On the Alarm screen, scroll to the

Auto power

option and press the

Select

soft key.

2. Select

and press the

Save

soft key.

If the time for an alarm comes and the phone is off, the

phone automatically switches on and rings the alarm.

Calculator

(Menu 3.7)

With this feature, you can use the phone as a calculator.

The calculator provides basic arithmetic functions:

addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

1. Enter the first number using the numeric keys.
