Menu functions

Using e-mail options

While viewing an e-mail, press <

Menu

> to access the

following options:
•

Upload

: upload the e-mail to the web server for

backup.

•

Reply

: send a reply to the sender.

•

Reply All

: send a reply to the sender and all other

recipients of the e-mail.

•

Forward

: forward the e-mail to other

destinations.

•

Protect

: lock the e-mail to keep it from being

deleted.

•

Delete

: delete the e-mail.

•

Move To Folder

: move the e-mail to another

folder.

•

Show Full Address

: display the sender’s full

address(es).

•

Copy Mail Body

: copy the mail text. You can

paste the text when composing a new e-mail.

Managing a mail folder

Your phone provides you with the potential for up to

10 mail folders to manage your e-mails.
Scroll to the folder you want and press <

Menu

access the following options:

Add Filter

: set a filter, which arranges incoming

e-mails by senders’ addresses. This option is not

available for

Folder0

Edit Folder Name

: change the folder name.

Re-Filter

: rearrange received e-mails, according

to the filter set for the current folder.

: delete all e-mails.

•

Reset Folder

: restore the default settings of the

selected folder.
