Beam a Task via IR
You can beam a task to another Pocket PC using the IR
port. This operation requires that both users have the
Pocket PC software. To beam a task:
1. Tap Start located in the upper left corner of the screen
and select Programs.
2. Select Tasks .
3. Select the desired task to beam.
4. Tap Tools and select Beam Task .
5. When the task is successfully transferred, OK appears in
the display.
Add a Note to a Task
1. Tap Start located in the upper left corner of the screen.
2. Select Tasks .
3. Select the desired task from the task list.
4. Tap Edit .
5. Tap the Notes tab.
6. When finished adding the note, tap to save and exit.
Delete a Task
1. Tap Start located in the upper left corner of the screen
and select Programs .
2. Select Tasks .
3. Select the desired task from the task list.
4. Tap Tools and select Delete Task .
5. Tap Yes to confirm the deletion.
