TROUBLESHOOTING
Refer to the following chart if the plasma ionizer operates abnormally. This may save time and unnecessary
expenses.
PROBLEM
SOLUTION
The plasma ionizer is not
operating.
•
Check if there is a power failure. Make sure the power is on.
•
Check if the power plug properly connected. Connect the power plug
properly and try again.
•
Check if the power receptacle is working properly. Try another power
receptacle.
Strange odors permeate in
the room during operation.
•
Check if you are using the product in a smoky area or the odor is
coming from nearby area. It can be less effective when the product is
used in a place with excessive odor or smoke. Ventilate the area before
using the plasma ionizer again.
Not sure if plasma ionizer is
operating.
•
Check if the Operation indicator is on. Press the button to turn the
operation indicator on.
There is no air coming out.
•
Check if the air filter is blocked with dust. Clean the air filter is it is dirty.
