Call Functions

Silencing a Call Ringer

You can silence the ringer when a call comes in.
Press either of the Volume keys on the left side of
the phone when the phone is closed. If the phone
is already open, press

or either of the Volume

keys.

The “Ringer Silenced” message appears and the
phone does not ring.

Rejecting a Call

If you press

or either of the volume keys once

when a call is received, the phone stops ringing or
vibrating. You can still answer the call by pressing

. Press

to disconnect without answering the

call.

Viewing Missed Calls

If you fail to answer a call for any reason, the
phone indicates the missed call by displaying a
text notification on the screen. Additionally, if
caller information is available, the screen displays
the phone number of the last missed call.

When the display informs you of the missed call,
press

to access the call log list, or

to clear

the message and return to Standby mode.

To view missed calls, access the Missed Calls
menu (MENU 1-1). For details, see page 53.
