Paper jam in Tray2.

► Symptom

A paper jam was detected in the feed area of the tray2.

► Troubleshooting method

1) Remove the Tray2 cassette.

2) Find and remove the jammed paper.

3) If the problem persists, check the following.

•

Check if the pick up/forward/reverse roller(

) is contaminated or worn out.

•

Check if the feed sensor connector is connected properly.

•

If the feed sensor(
