Conference during Intercom / External Calls   

This function is used for organizing a conference call between up to three 

parties(internal/external) during a call. 
 
 

1.

 

Press 

[Menu]

 during a call. 

 

 

 

 

 

2. 

Enter the phone number of a third party to add to 

the conference.    

 

 

 

3.

 

When the third party answers the call, press 

[Menu]

 and select 

[CONFERENCE]

.   

 

 

 

 

 

4.

  Conference member numbers appears.     

• 

To remove a member from the conference, enter 

the phone number of the member while the ‘Make 

Next Call’ message is displayed.
