When connected to an outside line, use this feature.
It allows you to hang up the line temporarily without
disconnecting. While on hold, the held party will
hear music. Any other station may retrieve the
outside line system being held.
Keyphone
1. When connected to any outside line press [H OLD] .
¡¤ The outside line button placed on hold and the
HOLD indicator blink slowly.
2. After placing a call on hold, you can answer or
make another call.
3. To retrieve the held outside line, press the blinking
line button.
Standard phone
1. When connected to an outside line, hook flash.
2. Press [1][1] .
3. After placing a call on hold, you can answer or
make another call.
4. To retrieve the call placed on hold,
press [1][1] .
