Support Center is activated and starts diagnosing your
computer.
After the diagnosing process is finished, the System Status
menu displays a list of the current problems to be solved as
shown.

You can solve a problem by clicking the Troubleshoot button
for the problem.
Using the Slim Security Slot
The Slim Security Slot mounted on this product has been specially
designed for this product; therefore, other security locks cannot
be used.
You can only use Samsung’s Slim Security Lock (purchased
separately) with this product.
Tie the cable of the lock to a fixed object, and install the lock in
the security slot of the computer.
