Setting Up Client PC

Right-click Start , and select Explorer.

Open your network folder in the left column.

Click the shared name.

From the Start menu, select Settings , then Printers .
(Windows NT/2000)
From the
Start menu, select Printers and Faxes .
(Windows XP)

Double-click your printer icon.

From the Printer menu, select Properties.

Press the Ports tab, click Add Port .

Select Local port , and click New Port .

Fill in the Enter a port name field, enter the shared
name.

Click OK , and click Close .

Click OK . (Windows NT)
Click Apply , and click OK . (Windows 2000/XP)
