: The compressor discharge temperature sensor breakaway (cont.)
Is the resistance value
between the compressor
terminals normal?
Is high/low pressure normal?
Is the compressor operating?
Even though the compressor is operating
but if there is no response on the
temperature and pressure, it is the loading
failure. Replace the PWM valve.
If any one of the resistance value of compressor
terminals L1(R)-L2(S), L2(S)-L3(T), L3(T)-L1(R) is
not normal, it shall be regarded as OLP Trip. Wait
until the compressor is cooled to restart.
If the compressor is under normal operation,
check the causes of OLP trip(amount of
refrigerant, outdoor ventilation, etc).
Even though ON signal is going to
compressor but if it is not operated, it is the
OLP trip due to the overload. Wait until the
compressor is cooled to restart.

• The replacement of PWM valve due to the loading failure is the difficult work to abolish the refrigerant in the
system and recharging it, and there is little possibility to appear actually.
So, check the above check items carefully.
• The restart after OLP trip is possible only when the inside temperature of compressor is down lower than 60˚C,
and therefore it takes about 2~3 hours.
• If waiting at the state that the power is on during the temperature failing down.
CCH(Crank case heater) operates to delay the time to restart. Accordingly, separate the connecter to the CCH
to block the power and reconnect the connecter after the completion of final check.
