Copy and paste text

While you are entering text, you can use the copy and
paste feature to use text in other applications.
Place the cursor where you want.

Copy or cut .
Drag your finger on the track pad to highlight the text

you want.
Press the track pad to copy and paste the text onto the

clipboard.
To cut the text, press <
Cut
>.
In another application, select the text input field.

Paste to insert the text from the
clipboard into the text field.
Enter text using the QWERTY keyboard

Press appropriate alphanumeric keys to enter characters,
numbers, and symbols.
You can also use the following keys:
Key Function
Change case.
Enter characters on the upper half of the keys.
Switch to Symbol mode; Open the emoticon
list (press [ ] and then [ ]).
Insert a space.
Clear your input.
Start a new line.
