• PIN
: When enabled, you enter a numeric PIN (Personal
Identification Number), which you create, to unlock the device.
with PIN screen lock, you can also set the With swipe lock and
Lock screen options.
• Password
: When enabled, you enter an alphanumeric
password, which you create, to unlock the device.
• None
: Disable all custom screen lock settings, to use the
default swipe unlock screen.
Screen Lock Options
Depending on the type of screen lock option selected some
of the following options may or may not display. Only the
applicable options display for each screen lock category.

Configure one of the following options.
• Clock widget options
allows you to show the dual clock on the
lock screen, adjust the Clock size, and show the date.
• Personal message
allows you to enter a customized
personalized message that is displayed on the lock screen.
• Owner information
allows you enter text to display on the lock
screen.
• Make pattern visible
displays the pattern as it is drawn. This
feature works only when you set a pattern screen lock.
• Unlock effect
sets the effect you receive when unlocking the
device. You can select None, Watercolor, or Ripple.
• Lock automatically
the screen locks 5 seconds after the
screen automatically turns off.
• Lock instantly with power key
the screen instantly locks
when you press the power key.
• Action Memo on lock screen
opens Action memo when you
double tap the lock screen while pressing the pen button.
Wallpaper
Customize the background of the Home and Lock screens.
