1.  Remove HOLDER and disconnect HOSE.

2.  Disconnect the connector

3.  To facilitate disassembly of the MEMS 

SENSOR, pull the tub toward the front as 

shown in the picture.

4.  Remove two screws and detach the MEMS 

sensor.
