3.11 ASSIGN SPEED DIALLING BLOCKS

Your system can have up to 500 speed dial entries assigned (50 blocks of 10 numbers
each). Up to 200 of these (20 blocks) can be allocated as system speed dials, and the re-
mainder allocated to keysets as personal speed dials. Consequently, the more system
speed dials that are allocated, the fewer speed dials are available for personal use.
When assigning speed dials, this MMC displays the number of system or personal blocks
that are currently assigned and also shows the number remaining to be assigned, called
the ‘Free List’. This program also allows you to delete blocks of speed dial if required.
