7.2.8 Jam In the Optional Second Tray

1. Using the handle open the right cover.

2. Remove the jammed paper in the direction

shown. To avoid the paper tearing pull it out
gently and slowly.

3. Close the right cover. The printer resumes 

printing.

4. If you cannot find the jammed paper in the

machine open the Tray2 outer jam cover.

5. Open the inner cover of Tray 2.

6. Pull the jammed paper out in the direction

shown. To avoid the paper tearing pull it out
gently and slowly. If there is any resistance, and
paper does not move immediately when you
pull, stop pulling and continue to step 8.
