F/W Update by CD
- Plug the CD on the rear panel or front Panel
- Press Yes (if the CD you inserted has a later one
than Current Version)
-Remove the update CD from the Disc Tray.
-Wait about 2~3 minutes.
When finished, the power will turn off automatically
- Wait about 2~3 minutes.
- When Finished, power automatically goes off.

How to make an upgrade CD
-Download the new firmware file from
www.samsung.com.
-If the firmware file is compressed(*.zip),
the file should
be uncompressed to CD image file(*.iso).
-Please burn the CD image file on a blank
CD-R/RW disc.
(Recommended CD Burning Program is Nero
Burning ROM.)

Warning
The following events may interrupt the upgrade
process and MAY RESULT IN PERMANENT
DAMAGE TO THE UNIT WHILE UPGRADING.
-Unplugging the power plug
-Power Outage
-Dirt or Scratches on the burned CD-R/RW disc
-Closing or opening the disc tray during the
update process

How to upgrade the BD-P1600
-Insert the update CD and close the tray.
-Please wait while verifying.
-After a while, the tray will open and you will see
'Yes/No' menu.
-Press 'Enter' button to choose 'Yes' if the update
CD you inserted is a later version than the
current one.
