Solution
Strange noise is generated.
• Check if the hydrulic turbin fits correctly. When putting the turbin into the appliance, the side
with toothed wheel should look forward.
• Check if it is electrical noise. The electrical noise may be generated during the ion production.
Therefore, do not worry about malfunction with this noise.
• Check if it is mechanical noise. Check if the hydraulic turbine and tray are dirty with white
powder. Purchase a new water purification filter and replace it. Clean the humidification
hydraulic turbine and tray on a regular basis. Especially, when there is white powder around the
groove of the humidification hydraulic turbine gear part, clean it with a soft brush as the white
powder causes a noise.
• If you are using the humidification function, water in the tank may cause the sound. Do not
worry, there is no problem with the product.
Tray is not aligned properly
after reassembling it.
• Remove the tray and make sure that humidification hydraulic turbine is properly inserted
to the groove on the tray. Then put the tray back to its position. (Refer to the ‘Cleaning and
maintenance’ section.)
