Performing Leak Test & Insulation
To check for gas leaks on the indoor unit, check the connection part of
each refrigerant pipe by using Nitrogen gas.
Note See details on the outdoor unit installation manual for leak test.

The designs and shape are subject to
change according to the model.
Insulation
Once you have checked that there are no leaks in the system, you can
insulate the piping and hose.
1 Insulate the refrigerant pipe.
 
Be sure to run the power supply cable and the communication cable
through electrical conduit as seen in the picture.
- If you insulate the pipes, the condensed water does not fall from the
pipes and the capacity of the air conditioner is improved.

Check if there are any insulation cracks on the bent pipe.
