3-2. Outdoor unit controlling spec (Each load controlling condition)
*
Each load is controlled at the outdoor unit
by receiving the operation command of
indoor unit according to the communication
between the indoor unit and outdoor unit.
3-2-1 Outdoor fan control
1. The outdoor fan speed is automatically con-
trolled by outdoor temperature
A) In case of Cooling operation (both comp
A and B, or one of both comps)
*over 28ºC
→
High speed
*below 26ºC
→
Low speed
B) In case of Heating operation (both comp
A and B, or one of both comps)
*over 15ºC
→
Low speed
*below 14ºC
→
High speed
C) In case of mixing operation of Cooling
and Heating. The outdoor fan is always
operated in Low speed.
3-2-2 Control of compressor
1. A comp : to be controlled on and off according
to the on/off control signal from A room.
2. B comp : (comp control operation by the dehu-
midifying)
A) If one of two rooms (B and C room) is
under the cooling/heating operation
mode, it shall be in accordance with the
o n / o ff control of B/C ro o m .
B) In case that the B room is under the cool-
ing mode and C is under the dehumidify-
ing mode, it is in accordance with the
o n / o ff signal of C room but when C is
operation off, it is according to the on
/ o ff of B ro o m .
C) In case that B room dehumidifying mode
and C room is under the cooling mode, it
is in accordance with the on/off signal of
B room but when B is operation off, it is
a c c o rding to the on/off of C ro o m .
D) In case that B room dehumidifying mode
and C room is under the dehumidifying
mode, it is in accordance with the on/off
signal of B room but when B is operation
o ff, it is according to the on/off of C
ro o m .
E) In case that C room dehumidifying mode
and B room is under the cooling mode, it
is in accordance with the on/off signal of
B room but when B is operation off, it is
a c c o rding to the on/off of C ro o m .
3-2-3 4-way valve control
1. A comp 4-way valve: It is according to the con-
trol of A room 4-way valve.
2. B comp 4-way valve: It is according to the con-
trol of B/C room 4 way valve.
3. Defrost control
A) In mixing operation of cooling and heat-
ing if the unit in the heating is changed
to the defrost mode the unit in the cool-
ing keeps its operation.
B) In heating mode of both units If one of
units is changed to the defrost mode the
other is also operated in the defro s t
