Check the OLP Sensor postion on the
Compressor Top

Check the service valve is closed

The condition is too poor for air conditioner to operate

Wait until OLP temperature is decreased Restart after

power off

Exchange the Outdoor PBA

Exchanged the Compressor

Terminate the service
