Cleaning Your Air Conditioner
For the best use of your air conditioner, you must clean it every 2 weeks
regularly to remove the dust that accumulates on the air filter.
Before cleaning your air conditioner, ensure that you
have switched off the breaker used for the unit.

Remove all dust on the air filters with a vacuum cleaner or brush.

Open the air inlet cover, then pull out the air filters.

Clean the unit with a damp cloth and mild detergent (do NOT use
benzene, solvents or other chemicals).

When you have finished, insert the air filters into the original position
and close the air inlet cover.

If you have not used the air conditioner for a long period of
time, set the fan going for 3 to 4 hours to dry the inside of the
air conditioner thoroughly.

You have to clean the filter once a month and cleaning cycle
depends on the time that the air conditioner is used.

Open the front panel, then pull out the filter.

Clean the filter with tepid running water.

Do not disassemble the filter when you clean
the filter.

If the filter is too dirty, dissolve mild detergent in
tepid water, then put the filter in the water for 30 minutes.

Dry the
filter in the shade, then insert the filter into the original
position, close the front panel.
