<Function>
Expands the high-pressure liquid refrigerant in the outdoor unit to a low temperature,
low pressure liquid-gas state through a wire drawing effect and sends it to the
indoor heat exchanger when cooling operation is in progress
and it throttles the amount of refrigerant to keep the degree of superheat of the
refrigerant
at the outlet of the indoor steady

<Mechanism>
