Remove EEV connector from the PBA CN81.

Check Each resistance.

[red-brn : 0ohm /

red-(wht,yel,org,blu) : over 20~1kohm]

Check EEV wire.

Yes

Restore wire

pin#1;wht, pin#2;yel, pin#3;org,

pin#4;blu, pin#5;red, pin#6;brn

Does the each resistance

lie in its range?

Yes

Replace the EEV.

Is each sensor at the right position?

Yes

Move each sensor to its right position.

Are the pipes damaged or blocked up

in the OUTDOOR UNIT?

Yes

Repair the pipes and recharge

the refrigerant.

Change the MAIN PCB

4-2-5 EEV error (E419)

1. Check items

1) Does the compressor rotate normally?

2) Is the OLP sensor normal?
