• If you set a dedicated mode available only in the upper level controller (DMS), it may limit

available operation modes that can be selected in the indoor unit display.

– DMS cooling mode: Auto, Cool, Dry, and Fan

– DMS heating mode: Auto, Fan, and Heat

Locking the control panel

Press and hold the

buttons for 3 seconds at the same time. The (Lock) indicator

appears on the indoor unit display.

NOTE

• When the control panel is locked, you can control the air conditioner only with the remote control.
• To unlock the control panel, press and hold the

buttons again for 3 seconds at

the same time.
