Using the Menus
The phone offers a range of functions that allow you to
tailor the phone to your needs. These functions are
arranged in menus and sub-menus.
The menus and sub-menus can be accessed by using the
navigation keys or by using the index system.
Using the Navigation Keys
The navigation keys are used as follows.
Key
Purpose
Moves to the next option on the same
level as the one displayed.
Moves to the previous option on the same
level as the one displayed.
Selects the option displayed.
Goes back to the previous menu level.
You can also use the
and
keys on the left side
of the phone to move to the next or previous option on
the same level as the one displayed.
Example: accessing the
Language
option.
1. Press the
Menu
soft key.
2. Scroll through the menus by using the
and
keys until
Phone Settings
is displayed, then
press the
Select
soft key or the
key.

2. Highlight the required person, by pressing the
or
key, followed by the
Select
soft key or the
key.
3. Select
Private
.
Now you can talk privately with that person. The
other participants can continue to converse with each
other.
4. To return to the multiparty call, press the
Options
soft key and select
Join
.
All the multiparty call participants can now hear each
other.
Dropping One Participant
1. Press the
Options
soft key and choose the
Select
one
option.
The list of call participants appears.
2. Highlight the required person, by pressing the
or
key, followed by the
Select
soft key or the
key.
3. Select
Remove
.
The call is ended with that participant, but you can
continue to talk with the other participants.
4. End the multiparty call by closing the phone or
pressing the
key.
