To turn ring off / on:
•
Press the appropriate extension line key followed by the
DND
key.
To Answer a Multiline Call
If the call is ringing:
•
Lift the handset or press the flashing extension line key to
answer using the speaker.
To Transfer a Multiline Call
After answering a call for the executive, the secretary can
transfer the call to the executive in the normal way, using the
executive’s unique line.
To Make an Extension Call
•
Lift the handset or press a key to select a specific extension
line.

Hot Line
If a Hot Line is programmed for a phone, another preset exten-
sion is automatically dialled when the phone is taken off-hook.

Warm Line
If a Warm Line is programmed for a phone, another preset ex-
tension is automatically dialled after a short delay when the
phone is taken off-hook (‘delayed hot line’).
Pick up the handset and listen for dial tone. After a fixed pe-
riod, you will hear ring-back tone.
