Electrically testing the unit:
It is possible to test each component
one after another using the service
function.
You can use this to make sure you have
wired everything correctly.
To access service mode press
right
and left
button together for 6 seconds.
The controller will display TEST or 7E57
press the
power on/off
button to start
the pump, we always run the pump
constantly in test mode.
When the pump is running you can see
a picture of a house with a circle round
it.
With all your stats off, the controller will display the word TEST. When you send any
run signal to the unit it will change to HEAT1.
Turn up a stat or the underfloor heating to test this. Now if you turn the stats and the
UFH off TEST will show again.
If you are doing a
Hybrid system,
you can test the operation of the boiler.
Press the
Silent
button, a milk churn with a B in it will appear, within 30 seconds the
boiler will run. Press
Silent
again to turn it off.
To exit service mode press
ESC
.
