Remove the bolts pos 13 and 14.
Remove the bearing cap pos 6
and 7.
Remove the tolerance rings
between the bearing and the
bearing cap.
By assembling pos 13 20Nm
Use 2 Pcs M10 bolts and pull out
the bearings
Pos 3, 4, 8, 9, 10 and 19 can
now be removed.
By assembling note.
Adjust the rotor in the middle of
the casing. The adjustment shall
be done in the NDE of the pump.
Pull the rotor by tighten the M6,
and push the rotor with the
Bearing cap
