• Unscrew and extract the fluid cylinder (

).
• Unscrew the three nuts (

).
• Remove the splint pin (

) and unscrewn the piston rod from the pneumatic motor.
Disconnect the pumping group from the pneumatic motor.
• Extract the piston rod from the housing.
• Unscrew the packaging nut (

) (
use a metal rod with an internal diameter of 6mm
)
• Remove the gaskets and packaging glands.
• For the correct reassembling of the gaskets see the illustration below and the exploded view of the pumping group.
Tighten again the packaging nut only after inserting again the piston rod into the housing (
it is suggested to insert
the piston rod from the top to avoid to ruin the gaskets
).

Pay attention to the sense of
orientation of the gaskets
close the air supply to the pump and release the residual pressure in the plant.
