REPLACING THE FOOT VALVE SEALS
•
Replace the PTFE gasket (
O15
) located under the ball housing
(
O16
).
•
Check that the surfaces of the ball housing (
O16
) and the ball
(
O17
) are not damaged. If necessary, replace them both.
•
Fit them again using the component sequence as shown.
REPLACING THE PUMP UNIT HOUSING UPPER GASKET
•
Remove the piston stem (
O18
) from the pump unit housing
(
O19
) as shown.
•
Unscrew the gasket ring nut (
O20
) completely.
All the gaskets in the unit must be replaced at the same
time to ensure a correct operation of the equipment.
•
Remove the upper stainless steel female ring (
O21
) as shown.
