SETTING-UP
CONNECTION OF THE AUTOMATIC GUNS
• Connect the high pressure flexible hoses
(
J1
)
to the fitting
(
J2
) and the guns (
J3
)
tightening the fittings strongly
(the use
of two wrenches is suggested)
.
NEVER
use sealants on fittings threads.
•
It is recommended to use the hose provided with the stan-
dard kit.
NEVER
use a damaged or a repaired flexible hose.
WASHING OF THE NEW EQUIPMENT
• The equipment has already been adjusted at our factory with
light mineral oil left inside the pumping group as protection.
Therefore, wash with diluent before sucking the product.
• Fill the product tank with wash fluid.
•
Clean the inside of the tank with a brush.
•
Ensure the guns (
J3
) is without nozzle.
•
Pull the lever (
J4
) for the first cold start up.
•
Press the switch (
J4
) of the equipment “
ON”
