1. Follow the steps 1 through 6 of the air motor repair procedure.
2. To unscrew the outlet adaptor (38); thread a 3/8” fitting completely into the
adaptor and pull clockwise first to break the seal, then counter clockwise to
loosen and remove it.
3. Unscrew and remove the packing set from the air motor body.
4. Replace the packing set with a new one. Mount the outlet adaptor using sealer
on its threads.
5. Clean and lubricate the air motor components carefully. Assemble the pump
following the previous instructions, reversing each step.
1. Seguir los pasos 1 al 6 del procedimiento de reparación del motor de aire.
2. Para desenroscar el adaptador de salida (38), enroscar un racor de 3/8”
completamente en el adaptador, tirar primero contra las agujas del reloj para
romper el sellador y luego hacia el otro sentido para desenroscar y quitar el
adaptador.
3. Desenroscar y quitar el conjunto empaquetadura del cuerpo motor de aire.
4. Sustituir el conjunto empaquetadura y montar el adaptador salida usando
sellador.
5. Limpiar y lubricar los componentes del motor de aire. Volver a montar en orden
contrario.
1. Suivre les instructions 1 à 6 indiquées au chap. de réparation du moteur d’air.
2. Pour desserrer l’adaptateur de sortie (38), visser un raccord 3/8’’ à ce dernier, tirer tout d’abord dans le sens contraire des
aiguilles d’une montre pour faire céder la pâte d’étanchéité et tirer ensuite dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre afin de
desserrer et retirer l’adaptateur.
3. Desserrer et extraire l’ensemble porte-joints du corps de moteur d’air.
4. Remplacer l’ensemble porte-joints et monter l’adaptateur de sortie à l’aide d’une pâte d’étanchéité.
5. Nettoyer et lubrifier les composants du moteur d’air. Remonter le tout en suivant le processus inverse.

3. Unscrew and remove the packing set from the air motor body.
4. Replace the packing set with a new one and clean the air motor carefully.
5. Assemble the pump following the previous instructions, reversing each step.
1. Unscrew the suction tube from the foot valve tube (60) , remove the pins (51) and unscrew the
connection nut (54) from the piston (57).
2. Clean the balls [(55), (56)] and the housings carefully.
3. Verify the piston (57) and the high pressure cylinder (59) for scratches and the o-ring (58) for
damage; replace if necessary. Assemble the pump following previous instructions, reversing each
step.
1. Desenroscar el tubo de aspiración del tubo válvula de pie (60), quitar los pasadores (51) y
desenroscar la unión eje de conexión (54) del pistón (57).
2. Limpiar las bolas [(55), (56)] y los asientos bien.
3. Verificar que el pistón (57) y el cilindro de alta presión (59) no están rallados y que la junta tórica (58)
no está dañada, sustituirlos si es necesario. Volver a montar el tubo en orden contrario.
1. Desserrer le tube d’aspiration du tube du clapet de pied (60), retirer les goujons (51) et desserrer
l’union de l’axe de connexion (54) du piston (57).
2. Bien nettoyer les boules [(55), (56)] ainsi que les assises.
3. Vérifier que le piston (57) ainsi que le cylindre à haute-pression (59) ne sont pas rayés et que le joint
torique (58) n’est pas endommagé. Remplacer les pièces si nécessaire. Remonter le tube en suivant le
processus inverse.
