Electrical connection

Before plugging in the machine, make sure that the mains volt

age matches the voltage indicated on the machine’s nameplate.

Never connect the machine unless the protective grating

3.1
Safety information

and lid can get very hot during use.

Do not turn the machine on without water in the tank.

Preparation for operation
Material required for operation
When the working temperature of the water exceeds 60
°C, it is
extremely important to use a
lid
or
anti-steam balls
to avoid excess
loss of steam. This reduces heat loss and protects the machine
from moisture.
Pre-checks
1)
Check the operation of the protective float [
/7]:
– The machine has a protective float to detect the minimum water
level.
– Check the operation of the float manually:
i) Start the machine.
ii) Raise the machine vertically out of the tank.
If the float is working, the low water warning should appear on the screen.
3.3
Operating modes
The
sous-vide
cooking machine has three main operating modes:

Controlled regeneration mode with tags

A
Sammic
power-heated tank

can also be incorporated to heat
the water in the deposit more quickly:[
3.4
Starting up the machine
1)
Empty the water from the tank daily.
2)
Fill the tank with water to between the minimum and maximum
fill levels. See the levels in the appendix at the end of the man
-
ual.
3)
Turn the machine on using the switch located at the rear.

Run the machine in manual mode to heat the water.
5)
Visually check that the stirrer motor is turning. [

If the stirrer motor will not turn, contact an authorised service
technician.
