Disassembly / Reassembly Operation

43

Reassembly of the fluid section :



Lubricate the wet cup seals and the piston head seals,



Slide the piston rod (11) assembly inside the body (7), push it
upwards,



Screw the cylinder (21) (to top) into the body (7),



Screw the foot-valve body (23) assembly to top, tighten
slightly,



Reinstall the protection (4), the connection flange (1) and
the tie-rods (10). Screw the 2 nuts (16),



Reassemble the pump to the pneumatic motor.
