7.4.
Preparation (Just for voting system)
7.4.1.
Proposal List:
fill out the meeting title and content, choose vote mode, calculation method and
registered way.
a)
Vote mode: vote on the nomination of candidate, we can choose “Yes” “No” “Abstain” by
microphones. In the mode, the candidate is only one at a time.
b)
Elect 3-1: there are three candidates, you can choose one of them, choose by microphones.
c)
Elect 5-1: there are five candidates, you can choose one of them, choose by microphones.
d)
Grade: score for result/candidates.
Candidate List:
name of candidates. Fill out the name of candidate, then click “Add”. Click on the
candidate name, then fill out modify name, you can change the candidate name.
Pass Ratio:
when the vote percent of the total pass this, the vote is available.
7.4.2.
Delegate List:
name of delegates. Set similar to Candidate list.
7.4.3.
Distribute Seate:
distribute delegate name for microphone. You can see who use the microphone.
You can also give the name to delegate—double click the microphone which you want to name; it will come
out a dialog box, and then fill out the right name.
7.5.
Start meeting (just for voting system)
7.5.1.
Sign In:
Key5 in the microphone is the sign key. Click on “Sign Start”, microphones light will twinkle,
and microphone LCD will display “Log-in Begin……, please press key5!”, the second screen will display
“Start sign in, please press sign in key”. Then click on “Sign End”, it will display the result of signing (like the
picture below). If there is some one not sign before, you can click on “Re-Sign in” for catching up on.
