7.

 

Harness  connectors  and  terminals  are  free  from  corrosion  ensuring  good  connections  and  are 
covered with dielectric grease,

Hydraulic  tank  is  filled  to  a  required  level  with  oil,  if  on  the  snow  plow  the  lifting  cylinder  is 
retracted. 

9.

 

There are no leaks of oil from hoses, fittings, cylinders or hydraulic pump,

 Hoses are run correctly,

 Coil wire connections are correct and well tightened,

 

 

 

WARNING! 
Check the oil level and top up if necessary. Do not overfill. Otherwise 
electric pump may be damaged. 

 

WARNING! 
Do not mix various types of hydraulic oils. Some oils are incompatible 
and may cause problems with efficiency and damage the product.

11. REPAIR AND WITHDRAWAL FROM USE 

 

11.1. Repair

 

 

If snow plow is partially worn, repair it by replacing worn parts. Thus thoroughly clean and 

wash  the  machine.  If  necessary  drain  oil  into  a  tight  tank  or  plug  connections.  Then  replace  worn 
parts  using  new  fixing,  securing  and  sealing  parts.  Screw  bolts  with  torque  corresponding  to  their 
strength class (Tab. 4). 

Exercise  particular  caution  when  mounting  and  dismounting  and  use  drawings  provided  in 

spare part catalog. 

Store  damaged  or  worn  parts  in  a  separate  place  and  then  deliver  to  a  scrap  yard  or  for
