remove any rust spots and touch up any damaged paint,

protect metal surfaces with a light c oating of a thick lubricant such as ŁT – 43, mineral oil or gear
oil like 15W40,
❑
replace any illegible warning or informational signs,
❑
protect the connecting fittings of the hydraulic hoses.
ATTENTION!
The snow plow should be stored in the retracted position - with the actuators
retracted, in a dry and clean place, not accessible to unauthorized personnel or
animals, on flat level and hard surface under a roof or other covering which will
protect it from atmospheric weather conditions.
7. REPAIR AND DISPOSAL
ATTENTION!
During assembly and disassembly please remember about body protection and
environmental protection.
7.1. Repair
In the event of partial wearing out of the snow plow it should be repaired by replacing worn-out
components. In order to accomplish this, the plow should be carefully cleaned and washed. If necessary
drain the oil into a watertight container or plug up the connecting fittings. Next replace the worn-out
parts with new ones using new connections, hardware and gaskets. The bolts should be tightened
according to the class of their (
Tab. 7 ).
Damaged or worn-out parts should be kept in a designated place and then delivered to a scrap yard or
recycling center.
7.2. Disassembly and disposal
Special care must be observed when dismantling and assembling; refer to the drawings in the parts
catalogue.
In the event when the plow is worn out to a level which does not allow its further operation, it should be
disposed of. In order to accomplish this, the plow should be carefully cleaned and washed. First drain
the oil from the hydraulic system and send off to be recycled. Next disassemble the snow plow
remembering to separate the parts according to the material they are made of and deliver them to a
scrap yard or a recycling center.
7.3. The environment

The snow plow is fully environmentally friendly.

Materials of the plow are in 95% recyclable.

Packing materials of the plow are 100% recyclable.

Worn-out plow parts and packaging should be recycled according to local recycling regulations.
Prevent oil leakage from the hydraulic system throughout the period of use of the machine, as the oil
may pollute the environment.
