5.4. Preparing the mower for transport

Lift the side guards of the mower upright ( Fig. 20 ) and secure in position with the rubber cord.

Lift the mower up on the TPH.

Secure the hitching frame against detachment with a retaining pin.
❑
The traffic safety and regulations require that the mower has a portable warning beacon attached
while driving on public roads. The warning beacon panel (provided separately from the machine)
shall be attached to the hitch attachment frame. The warning beacon panel includes a warning
plate.

Monitor the surroundings when manoeuvring with the tractor and mower unit.
