Create Comma Delimited File

1.

Click the

Create Comma Delimited File

button from the Print Daily Poll File window to

create a Comma Delimited file for the report you are viewing.

2.

A confirmation message displays. Click

Yes

to create the file.

3.

A CSV file will be created in the stores POLL folder in the SAM500 directory:

C:\SAM500\STORES\<StoreName>\POLL

The CSV file is a Date stamped file (05162008.CSV) and can be opened in Excel



. See

the example CSV file below.
