Successively reduce the thickness of the
rolling with the knob until the desired
thickness of the dough sheet s is achieved.
Level 4 or 5 is recommended as f inal.
Change the at t achment to the cut ting one,
according to the expec ted width of the
pas t a. Put in the rolled out dough. Cut the
pas t a to the correc t leng th and cook it as
desired.

Turn of f the food processor and disconnec t
it from the power supply.
Loosen the f ixing screw and remove the
at t achment from the device. Clean dough
and flour residues (refer to "Cleaning and
maintenance" chapter).
Replace the plug-in socket c ap and tighten
the c aptive screw in place.

Do not use metal objects (knives, scrapers,
etc.) to clean the attachments.
Do not clean the device in the dishwasher. Do not squeeze rags or towels through the
attachment rollers.
