• If you are in SLEEP MODE, the RED date hand on your F-80 Motion sub-dial is set on the moon

Never stop tracking your activity even when you are sleeping: F-80 monitors your data while you are awake and while you are
sleeping, you just need to press and hold the crown button for three seconds until you hear a soft beep coming from the watch
indicating you are now recording sleep:
