A- Water intake from network.
B- Water input to oven.
C- Drain-off from decalcifier.
1- Decalcifier.
2- Pressure regulator.
3- 3/8" (17.2 mm) manual valve.
4- Couple hose, 3/8" (17.2 mm).
5- Coupling hose.
1.10 DRAINAGE
A drain should be constructed, made of 1" (33.7 mm) pipe (minimum) and metallic or heat-resistant
material. The oven drain is located at point 5 of Fig. 3 . The connection between the local drain and
the oven drain will be done as shown in the following drawing:
A.- Seal with red silicone the joint between the oven and the local drain.
B.- 5 mm deep.
In case of the drain be made of plastic or any
other similar material non-resistant to high
temperatures, DO NOT put the drain under the
oven.
