Resetting the Service Light
When the pump reaches 6000 hours of use, the service alarm will trigger. To reset
the service light, open the case and locate the time counter on the main PCB. Below
the right hand corner is a small black reset button. Press and hold for 5 seconds to
reset the service hour counter and service alarm.
Test Pressure and Air Flow
(Note: After you have serviced the valve, you may test the pressures if you have a mercury
manometer and testing bags. That procedure follows here. If you do not have this testing set
up or comparable manometer, you may hook the pump up to a mattress and run it through the
static/alternating, max inflate and Happy Heel modes to ensure that valve is working properly.)

Prepare the testing-bags and mercury meter to test the pressure. Pressure
readings should be taken after the unit has warmed up. Test bags should
not be installed during the warm up.
b. Connect the testing-bags to the outlet and pressure gauge.
