PLEASE NOTE: 

Dry or thin slices will toast more quickly than moist or thick slices, requiring a lower 

browning control stetting. When toasting more than one slice at the same time, use a similar size and 

consistency of bread to achieve equal browning. 

 

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING 

 

Ensure that the toaster is unplugged before cleaning it. 

 

Never place it in water or any other liquid. 

 

To clean, UNPLUG THE TOASTER AND ALLOW TO COOL. 

 

Pull the crumb tray located on the bottom of the toaster out, discard the crumbs, and slide the crumb 
tray back into the toaster. Locking it into position. Never touch the internal parts of the toaster with a 
brush or any other tools. Do not operate the toaster without the crumb tray in place. 

 

Wipe the toaster with a damp cloth. 

 

Do not insert any objects in the toaster. 

 
 
 
 

CHANGING THE PLUG 
 

Should the need arise to change the fitted plug, follow the instructions below. 

This unit is designed to operate on the advertised current. Connecting to other power sources may 
damage the appliance.  Connect a three-pin plug as follows:

 

The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance with the following code: 
 
Green/Yellow 

= Earth 

Blue 

 

= Neutral 

Brown
